Water is essential in sustaining a livelihood and helping communities survive. In fact, an individual cannot survive without water for more than 3 days. So, how is it that a staggering 2.2 billion people in developing countries have little or no access to this vital resource at all? Believe it or not, clean drinking water is a luxury in most deprived areas of Pakistan.
Did you know that almost 40% of all deaths in Pakistan are caused by water contamination? Moreover, water scarcity is one of the main obstacles to the progression and well-being of the ummah.
With your help and support, Arsh Foundation is on a mission to supply clean water to those areas which are deprived of it.

The Impact of Your Donations
Your donations will go towards installation of hand pumps for wells, directly touching several lives and making a huge positive impact on the community.
One single hand water pump can benefit up to 25 people and a water well aids around 200 individuals in an entire community.

The beneficiaries can now use the clean water for drinking, cooking, washing, watering crops, and hydrating their animals.

Women and girls no longer have to walk miles to fetch water, which means they are able to pursue their education.

Sanitation and hygiene has improved substantially – people no longer have to rely on dirty and contaminated water to survive and dehydration has significantly reduced.
